How to Cancel/Reschedule Appointment:

If you have already had an intake appointment with your therapist, all future scheduling/canceling will be done directly with the therapist. The most effective way to do this is through their email. Some therapist will provide their cell phone numbers for you to communicate directly about scheduling through text or calls. If you do not have their email/phone number yet, you can call our main line at 425.200.0130, and press 2 as soon as you hear the menu start. This will direct you to the counselor directory.
