A Little About Me

Born and raised in a cute small town just outside Los Angeles, I moved to Seattle in the summer of 2025 and quickly found that life in the Pacific Northwest has brought me joy, grounding, and a deeper sense of who I’m meant to be. Before beginning my path as a clinical intern, I dedicated the past 13 years to athletics, culminating in the opportunity to compete as a division II collegiate water polo athlete. This journey taught me resilience, courage, and the strength that comes from consistently showing up with heart. I’m passionate about supporting people as they navigate anxiety, depression, and the everyday challenges that come with being human. I value creating a warm, inviting, and compassionate space where people can feel understood and gently supported.

My Hobbies

In my free time, I love spending time with friends and family. I’m a big people person and feel most myself when I’m surrounded by good company. I’m also a huge foodie and enjoy finding new spots to eat around Seattle. Staying active is important to me, so you’ll often find me working out or doing anything that gets my body moving. If I am not swimming in a pool, you can find me at the pickleball court. I love to have fun, laugh, and make meaningful connections.

Education/Experience

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University in Spring 2025. Immediately following, I began pursuing my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Seattle Pacific University in Fall 2025, with an expected graduation in June 2027. During my time at Azusa Pacific University, I was an active member of TLC (Trial Lawyers Charities), a nonprofit organization in Los Angeles that supports families facing challenges related to education, children, survivors of abuse, persons with disabilities, and homelessness. This experience deepened my passion for supporting others, strengthened my sense of community, and helped me develop a greater understanding of the diverse challenges people face. While I am currently gaining hands-on experience as a clinical intern, my background as a college athlete and my involvement with community organizations have shaped my resilience, dedication, and ability to show up with heart— qualities I bring into my work with clients.
